2020 Christmas Merchandise Starts Arriving at Walt Disney World (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

Christmas and holiday merchandise is arriving to Walt Disney World! I was picking up breakfast this morning at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (we are staying for a few days) and noticed a new display in BouTiki (which had not yet open for the day). We did go back later and a few items were already sold out for the time being. But there was still a lot available! Here are pics and video from today.

My first view into the store included large Mickey and Minnie gingerbread plush. These are very similar to what you will find at Disneyland Paris, Mickey and Minnie have been gingerbread characters in the parade there. And each year, there is merchandise based on them. There are other gingerbread Mickey and Minnie items too.

Here is our video of merchandise from two shops.

There also appears to be a candy cane looking Loungefly bag. That was also gone when we returned a couple of hours later as was the ear headband beneath the bags.

We went to the Magic Kingdom and came back, first stopping in the Moana Mercantile.

There is holiday merchandise there as well.

There are candy bars out with the characters. Right now I try not to touch merchandise much so I am not posting many prices.

Rice Krispie type treats in holiday Mickey shapes.

Peppermint bark in a festive tin.

This bag has “Twas the Night Before Christmas” but for Disney.

There is smaller Mickey gingerbread plush.

The tree on the right revolves with music, it is similar to what we have seen before but with a different design. I expect it has shortbread rounds in it like previously.

There is a fun magnet.

Moana ornament with Pua.

A holiday bag was behind the register.

There is a holiday shoulder Groot.

Stitch stocking.

The stocking is $29.99.

We then went to BouTiki and the gingerbread plush and a few other items had sold out for the day already.

There was still plenty of holiday merchandise to peruse.

Even a standard merchandise display has a Christmas tree.

There is a throw.

A holiday baking set.

Happy Holidays shirt.

A different style shirt.

Meet me under the mistletoe mug.

Another Minnie shirt, this looks more like a lounge shirt.

It was fun to see the Christmas displays this morning! The holidays are just around the corner at Walt Disney World, kicking off at the parks on November 6th.
