Max Goof as Powerline Appears in Pre-Parade During Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

Max Goof cosplaying as Powerline now leads a 90s themed pre-parade before Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This replaces the former Zootopia Party Patrol. Max Goof and the performers do not travel the whole parade route, they only are on Main Street and Town Square (with two stops). The first parade was rained out yesterday, so the second parade was pretty busy due to that but Jeff took video and some photos.

Max Goof as Powerline with the group stops at Center Street and also in front of the Main Street Train Station. We plan to take photos and video from the latter on Tuesday to show that. But otherwise they dance down Main Street U.S.A. and through Town Square until heading backstage near the Harmony Barber Shop.

They were dancing here to the song “Stand out” from “A Goofy Movie”.

Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade plays twice a night (unless there is inclement weather) during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.  The specially ticketed event runs on select nights through October 31st, 2022.
