Summer House on the Lake Construction Update at Disney Springs From July 25, 2023

Hi everyone!

Summer House on the Lake continues to take shape at Disney Springs. We posted an update last week and a lot of work was going on yesterday at the restaurant that is scheduled to open later this year.

Here are construction photos of Summer House on the Lake from yesterday!

The restaurant is really starting to look like the concept art now.

Here is a look at one piece of concept art that was shared earlier this year.

Summer House on the Lake will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. There will be an in-house bakery and also The Cookie Jar, a “dessert-focused market” with freshly baked cookies, house-made pastries and more.

The signage mentions that the restaurant will open in 2023.

Here is a look at the side facing the main walkway.

And this side is next to Jaleo.

Summer House on the Lake will also offer wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails and then non-alcoholic drinks. There will also be a  signature Rosé Cart.
