‘Rocket and Groot Explore the Wonders of Xandar’ T-Shirt & Magnet Now Available at EPCOT, Based on Universe of Energy Comic

An EPCOT ‘Rocket and Groot Explore the Wonders of Xandar” t-shirt and magnet have arrived to Treasures of Xandar near Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! The shirt and magnet are based on the Exxon comic book (which we posted below also) from the former Universe of Energy, which once stood where Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does now.

First, here is the t-shirt. Groot and Rocket are near the Nova Corps Star Blaster, with the EPCOT logo and the words “Rocket and Groot explore the Wonders of Xandar” and “Presented by Nova Corps”.

This is the Universe of Energy Exxon comic book from our collection, next to the magnet we purchased. In the new artwork, Rocket is where Mickey Mouse stands in the old comic and Groot is where Goofy was. The Exxon comic says “Mickey and Goofy explore the Universe of Energy” and “Presented by Exxon”.

There is plenty of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind merchandise at Treasures of Xandar. You won’t exit through this gift shop from Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, it can be entered after exiting the attraction to the outside (or if approaching the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion from the outside).

What do you think about this Wonders of Xandar pavilion t-shirt? We don’t wear a lot of t-shirts but we did pick up the magnet. We love the design and nod to the former Universe of Energy attraction!
