Mousesteps Weekly #115 – All About Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2014 w/Tips!

Hi everyone!

In Mousesteps Weekly #115 we talk all about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, including tips from this year’s first event. We had a great time, but there were some changes from last year! We have an article to read with 200 photos from the Party, as well as corresponding videos.

In Mousesteps Weekly #115, we talk all about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, with an overview and tips about enjoying the Party.

We begin with a visit to Jack Skellington and Sally, who are back for a second year to the Party! They are well worth the wait.

The Headless Horseman has new music to gallop to this year! He precedes the parade, with the Creepa Crew now dancing along the entire parade route with Phineas and Ferb.

Next up is Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade, which has many changes this year! The biggest one is the addition of Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope, with a new themed vehicle. The Pooh characters are still here except for Kanga and Roo, and all of the early characters have new masks. Peter Pan and Wendy are on the pirate ship with Mr. Smee and Captain Hook!

Celebrate the Magic is now playing it’s Halloween segment nightly, with digital projections of Ursula, Maleficent and more.

HalloWishes is our favorite Magic Kingdom light show! It features perimeter fireworks and light projections on Cinderella Castle.

Talking Mickey teaches us his “Zombie Goofy” moves for Halloween! He is dressed in his Halloween finest.

The Villains Mix & Mingle has changed this year, removing the “Mix and Mingle” of the characters after the show. Most of the characters can be found in Club Villain, but a few only attend the upcharge Villainous Soiree. We recommend seeing the show after dark for optimum viewing!

We take a walk around the park, taking in the Monstrous Scream-a-Ween Ball that is a dance party in Tomorrowland. Tomorrowland is Monsters Inc. themed with the lighting! We stop by the Seven Dwarfs location, and Jeff found the Witch trying to give Snow White an apple.

We stop at Club Villain, where Drizella shows us her amazing dance moves! Dr. Facillier, Anastasia, Lady Tremaine, Cruella and more villains dance with guests. This is a new favorite area of ours!

We took a midnight ride on the Haunted Mansion before heading out of the park. The Party ends at 12:00 a.m., but we ended out at just after 1:00 a.m.
