Chip and Dale Now Dressed for Halloween on Rivers of America at Magic Kingdom 2020

Hi everyone!

Chip and Dale are now in their Halloween costumes on the Rivers of America! They have had a socially distanced character presence on a Tom Sawyer Island raft since the parks reopened, but are dressed for the season as of yesterday. Their capes look like vampire capes similar to what we’ve seen them in before, but the chipmunks aren’t vampires – their costumes have a skeleton design on the front.

Chip and Dale board a raft. Just like any other Walt Disney World character interaction, there is no set time posted for their appearances. Also like any other character experience/cavalcade at the Magic Kingdom, this occurs multiple times per day.

They wave to guests along the way. It is very easy to stay socially distanced most of the time from others who want to see the characters.

Look out for Chip and Dale on the Rivers of America! I am continuing to post more character experiences including cavalcades that you can find during the Halloween season at the Magic Kingdom. Because there is no Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2020, the offerings are during the daytime. It is very nice to have some Halloween decorations and entertainment in the park this year. The Dapper Dans will be returning as the Cadaver Dans on Sunday and we’ll be there for it and then we will post a full Halloween Mousesteps Weekly show on Monday and an overall article about Halloween season this year.
