Disney Park and Resort Photo Updates

TRON Construction at Magic Kingdom from March 10th, 2021 (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

We have photos and video of the TRON construction at the Magic Kingdom today from various angles. It was a beautiful day and I took a few photos from outside the park before taking from different locations inside. There is no opening date at this time.

First, here is our video:

From Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, the canopy can be seen.

The view has changed some since I last took photos in February.

Space Mountain and a monorail can be seen from this angle.

We also rode the Astro Orbiter, which always gives a terrific view of the canopy as well as the yet to reopen People Mover.

From this angle, you can see the flag that was added to top it off. I didn’t even see the flag until looking at my photos.

A People Mover ride vehicle can be seen in the foreground.

We rode the Tomorrowland Speedway since there was just a 5 minute wait. There are great views from here too!

Space Mountain is on the right hand side while TRON is ahead.

The canopy can be seen well here.

Taking a photo backwards gives an even better view of it.

Next, we headed to Storybook Circus. This is the area we used to photograph from the most after the People Mover went down.

It still gives a nice vantage point from this side.

We will be back at the Magic Kingdom later this month and I’ll post a new update at that time!
