Captain’s Quarters Bar at Newport Bay Club – Photos and Menu from March 2022 Disneyland Paris Visit

Hi everyone!

We visited Disneyland Paris hotel bars during our March 2022 trip, including the Captain’s Quarter’s at Disney’s Newport Bay Club. The hotel and bar nautical themed, with a similar feel to Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort at Walt Disney World. Here is a look at our visit with the menu for the Captain’s Quarters!

This is the entrance of Disney’s Newport Bay Club from the Lake Disney side. The hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk from the Disneyland Paris parks.

Captain’s Quarters is located close to the Compass Club (the club level lounge).

We were seated with views that included the bar. We visited all the locations during off-hours (mid-afternoon).

Each of the hotel bars has a 30th Anniversary Celebration Menu. The 30th Anniversary of Disneyland Paris kicked off on March 6th, 2022.

We had already tried the “Happy Birthday Cocktail” at Bleecker Street Lounge in Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. We didn’t try the other two cocktails, though next visit we will get the Royal Enchanted Cocktail.

The various 30th menus at the hotels offer treats as well, and they aren’t all the same. The Mickey St. Michel Shortbread is on a lot of menus around property.

Here is a look at the menu.

A lot of the drink menu is fairly standard around the hotels, although each has specialty items. Here, Jeff ordered the Mauna Loa, which has Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum, mandarin liqueur, papaya and cherry nectar, and macadamia nut syrup.

The drink is served in a tiki mug, just as it was when we had drinks here a few years ago.

There is a Dragon Fruit garnish.

Jeff enjoyed his tiki drink.

I ordered the 30th Anniversary Cuvée, which I ordered at a number of locations over our nearly 2 week visit. The various restaurants and bars also have themed 30th anniversary paper coasters, napkins, paper mats (at restaurants) and such.

There are more cocktails, including a Mojito and Aperol Spritz. These cocktails can be found at other bars.

There are zero-proof cocktails, including for kids in a souvenir cup.

The menu also includes a lot of different drinks – wine, beer, Champagne, spirits and such.

Beers include 1664 and Grinbergen d’Abbaye.

There is also a variety of snacks, including sandwiches and a Mediterranean Salad.

Soft drinks and hot drinks are available, including Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, mineral water, coffee and hot chocolate.

Here are a few more photos around the Captain’s Lounge.

There is a case at the front of the bar showing different food items.

The bars of Disneyland Paris are all unique – my favorite is the Skyline Bar, but I quite enjoy the Captain’s Quarters along with the Redwood Bar at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge and Red Garter Saloon at Disney’s Cheyenne Hotel for their atmosphere. Next visit we will photograph the bars more in detail.

I will be posting about the remainder of our bar visits in the coming week.
